    Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee a session at Haven Hair Salon.

    Your business is highly valued and in return we ask that you honor Haven Hair Salon's cancellation Policy.

    Out of respect for our business and wait-listed clients, we honor a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. We ask that all sessions are cancelled no less than 48 hours prior your scheduled session, if you fail to do so, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled session. If you are a no call, no show you will be charged 100% of your scheduled session and we reserve the right to deny any and all future sessions.

    All of our services require a credit card on file to secure a session. You will not be billed unless you do not honor our cancellation policy.

    Upon checkout, guests may choose to change the method of payment that's on file.
