    MAX's office and Harm Reduction Programs will be

    closed Wednesday, December 21st, 2022 to

    Wednesday, January 4th, 2023 for the winter holidays.

     

    Harm reduction dispensing will be available before the closure:

    - Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, 12pm to 7pm

     

    Harm reduction dispensing will be available during the closure by mail only. Orders will be sent out before 12pm on the following dates:

    - Tuesday, December 27th, 2022

    - Tuesday, Januray 3rd, 2023

     

    Harm reduction dispensing will return to normal service hours:

    - Friday, January 6th, 2023 at 12pm

    If you are living outside the map below please contact the Harm Reduction Programs Coordinator, Torin at t.sollows@maxottawa to see if we can help connect you to a local resource to get the supplies you need.

  • Curbside Pick-Up

  • We will contact you to let you know when your order will be fulfilled, after that you can drop during our harm reduction hours to pick up your supplies. We will also supply instructions for picking up your order.

    *Please note that due to an increase in orders, same day or very large orders might not always be able to be completed. If you provided an email, we will contact you with when your order will be ready.*

     

    Harm reduction's new curbside pick up hours are 

    Wednesdays and Fridays from 12pm to 7pm at the MAX office.

  • You can choose a date and time you'd like to collect your order. 

    You don't need to select a date or time and you can come to collect your order any time, during curbside pick up hours, after we have contacted you to let you know your order is ready.

    We will do our best to accomodate your preferred date and time.

    • The ROSE (Rainbow Ottawa Student Experience) Gender Affirming Gear Program is funded through community donations and in partnership with MAX Ottawa, that helps trans, non-binary, and gender diverse youth access gender affirming gear and clothing such as gaffs, binders, packers, makeup and more!

      The gear and clothing we provide is always BRAND NEW, and delivered to you at NO COST.

      Each pack comes with 6 tampons and 8 pads. Because this is a donation based program, the packs will contain products with different absorbancies, fits and styles.

      Know anyone in your network that could use some supplies? Feel free to order extra and hand them out to folks you know. If you are getting any extra supplies to give to others in your community, please select yes below. This information is only used for demographics and to help us build more support for folks who help dispense harm reduction tools in our community.
