Houston Wilderness Release and Waiver: The undersigned, for himself or herself and on behalf of those minor persons listed below for whom the undersigned is parent and natural guardian or legal guardian as appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction, hereby RELEASES, WAIVES AND ACQUITS Houston Wilderness, Inc., a Texas non-profit corporation and its officers, directors, members, and employees (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims or causes of action of any kind or character, accrued, inchoate or prospective, known or unknown, arising out of or which may hereafter arise out of or result from the participation by the undersigned and/or any such minor person in a volunteer tree planting, trimming or potting activity undertaken by or on behalf of Houston Wilderness, Inc., INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY,CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM THENEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, and further acknowledges that consent by Houston Wilderness, Inc. to participation in such activity is expressly conditioned, and given in reliance, upon this Release and Waiver.
