The FRS Youth Tour is a chance for students to visit our nation’s capital and learn about rural broadband, share their community’s story with key legislative, regulatory and government figures as well as a forum for them to meet and interact with their peers from other rural communities.

Completed applications must be received in our Medicine Lodge office by 5 p.m. March 10, 2023. Complete the above information, attach documents and submit.

*Youth Tour Dates: May 31st - June 4th, 2023*

Applicant must be a subscriber of South Central Telephone; or the son, daughter or legal dependent of a subscriber.

FRS has no plans for Covid-19 restrictions. However, FRS reserves the right to make changes at any time and will notify everyone as quickly as possible if changes are made.
