Tournament cancellation policy: Absolutely no refunds are offered in the event a team chooses not to attend or misses an event they have registered for. All tournament schedules are final and each team is required to play the schedule they have been assigned. This policy goes into effect once a team has registered for a respective tournament. Each team must be available to play one day past the original tournament dates in case of in climate weather or unforeseen circumstances that would cause a delay in the tournament.
