Initial Adult Application Form
Adults are rehomed on a contract. After the application is reviewed, there will be an interview via Google Meet wherein all household members are expected to participate. Approved applicants understand that the placement of an adolescent or adult dog requires time to let the dog adjust to their new home. Decompression is a minimum of 30 days.
