I understand the studio will contact me by email or text only if my booking form is selected to continue the booking process.
I agree that myself and anyone else inquiring on the booking form is over the age of 18 or will be 18 by the time of the appointment. I acknowledge that Texas does not grant parental consent for tattoos to anyone under the age of 18.
I understand that the studio has a minimum 3-month healing period before any touch-ups can be performed. This policy ensures the skin is fully healed and ready for a second pass, allowing us to achieve the best possible results safely and effectively.
