Successful applicants will be required to purchase and attend the Presenter and Assessor Face to Face course, in full and in person.
This course runs over two full days and is $200.
On completion of the course you will be granted a Trainee Presenter & assessor Accreditation. Trainee Presenters & Assessors are required to attend TWO (2) education courses, in a voluntary capacity, under the supervision of a State Presenter & Assessor to complete the Candidate Portfolio. At least ONE (1) of these courses must be of the highest level the candidate is willing to Present & Assess, once fully accredited.
Candidates are to send the completed portfolio to Gymnastics WA for submission to Gymnastics Australia within 12 months of attending the course. Candidates who do not do this may be required to attend the face to face course again.
Once a State Presenter & Assessor accreditation is granted, candidates may be offered a casual employment contact with Gymnastics WA and be added to our Presenter Pool for upcoming courses. A Gymnastics WA Staff Polo will be provided at this time.
Presenters & Assessors are expected to present a minimum of ONE (1) National Framework course per calendar year. In some circumstances, Presenters & Assessors may not be eligible to Present courses booked by their own club.
Both Trainee and State Presenters & Assessors are representatives of Gymnastics WA and are expected to uphold the values and follow the policies and procedures of Gymnastics WA.
