Supervisor Offer Letter
  • You understand and agree that your duties, responsibilities and reporting relationships may be changed unilaterally by Peerstar as it deems appropriate. This offer is contingent on successful completion of the required background checks (4- FBI, Child Abuse, Epatch PA Criminal, and Verify Comply) and any trainings assigned in accordance with Licensing Criteria.

  • The following outlines your terms of employment:

  • Job Duties:

    You will be responsible for performing the duties described in the Job Description outlined in Form #12 CREDIBLE FORMS and as discussed at interview, as well as but not limited to any additional duties assigned by your Regional Director. You understand and acknowledge that you will use your best efforts in performing and completing your job and that you will not commit waste, fraud or abuse.

     

    Wage: 

    Salary, payable in accordance with Peerstars normal payroll practices. (enter hourly rate or salary)

  • Hours & Locations:

    As per your job description

     

    Training: 

    From time to time you may be required to complete online or attend trainings for various functionality and licensing criteria.

     

    Vacation and Sick Days:

    In accordance with PTO structure in the Employee Handbook

     

    Pay Periods:

    Peerstar pays employees twice a month (1st & 15th)

     

    Healthcare Benefits:

    Based on the standards under the Affodable Care Act

     

    Additional Benefits:

    Employees are eligible to all benefits mandated by federal, state, or local law observance

Neither this letter, nor any other written or verbal communication, is intended to create a contract, and your employment is not intended to be for any specific duration. Your at-will status may be altered only in a separate written document signed by an authorized Peerstar executive.

    This offer shall expire after fourteen (14) days from the date of this letter. Please indicate your acceptance of this offer of employment by signing and returning to me one (1) signed copy of this letter. This offer constitutes Peerstars full and complete offer and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous offers, whether oral or written.

    At HR Orientation you are required to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Compete, Non-Disclosure and all other forms as a condition of employment.
