  • There is a separate charge of £1.00 inc VAT for your membership per month, which is collected quarterly, in advance.

    (VAT No. 410 8071 37, you can request a VAT receipt by going to the home page of our website).

    Each week your donation will be requested from your bank.

    We always recommend you make any regular payments with 'GoCardless', flexible direct debiting. The suggested donation takes into account our Christmas break and bank holidays.
    We will continue to collect your donation whilst you are a member, even when you can't attend.
    The suggested donation (based on each session) is calculated over 52 weeks and is based on the charity's running costs.

     You can cancel your membership/regular place at any time. Please let us know as well as cancelling your direct debit with your bank. Please allow 7 days for food payments to cease.

    Online payments are intended for 'occassional blocks' of sessions and does not include bank holidays or the christmas closure. 

    The membership charge will be requested separately from your donation.

    We will request the donation from your bank each week, while you remain a member unless you ask us not to.

    If your donation is collected in error, or you feel it is unafordable please contact us.
