We are trying to keep hoodies and coats in stock in all sizes, but depending on demand, we may need to place an order for your items. You will receive an email when your items are ready for pick up and you may at that time decide to pick them up to deliver them, or send the family in themselves to pick up the order under your name. The order will be in a typical bag or box just as any other order would be. There will not be any sort of labeling showing they are receiving the free apparel to help keep things discrete.
