    2021:
    Originally developed by Jaci Bryant November 2021 to record PYC Members who wanted to participate in the parade. The information is sent to a Google Sheet which is used in conjunction with the "Santa Greeting Requests" JotForm. Click here to view the Google Sheet.

    Participation is limited to PYC Members. If you would like to extend an invite to someone outside of PYC, please contact P/C Bill Whiteley.
  • Parade Boat Participation:

    We are happy that you want to join in our Holiday boat parade!  Please only participate if you are able to travel at a speed of at least 6 knots.  (contact P/C Whiteley if you have questions on this)

    Boat Captains MUST attend the pre-event Captain's meeting held 3:00 PM in the club lounge.  Yep, mandatory before taking a line of boats out in the cold dark waters of Liberty Bay!! 🥶 

    The 2025 Parade starts just outside the PYC Marina at 5:00 pm.
    3:00 - Mandatory Captains' meeting at Clubhouse
    4:45 - Leave Dock
    5:00 - Parade starts, fall in behind Rudolf & proceed to downtown Poulsbo.
    5:15 - Head south, following the west side of Liberty Bay,
    5:55 - Passing Keyport & Cross to Manzanita Bay and through Agate Pass on the east side
    7:25 - Arrive at Suquamish dock then return back down the west side of Agate Pass
    8:05 - Pass Point Bolin & head North to Lemolo and the east side of Liberty Bay
    8:50 – Parade ends at PYC

    Also, it is perfectly acceptable to just do a portion of the parade! (let Santa know)

    Along the route Santa calls out personal greetings.  If you know someone who wants to have a Santa shoutout - send them to the form here SANTA SHOUTOUTS

    FAQ:
    1. Do I dress up? Yes, holiday fun wear (and LOTS OF LAYERS)
    2. What if the weather is horrible? Either the event is cancelled or you may choose to cancel (notify Santa please)
    3. Will there be food? We will have a few snacks at the Captain's meeting. Bring warm drinks and munchies for your boat.
