York Technical College is pleased to partner with the SC Governor’s Office in offering a no cost college experience for students. The no cost college (free tuition and fees) program at York Technical College is combined with the Workforce Scholarships for the Future program and other funding and scholarship programs to cover tuition and required fees for students attending York Technical College in a large variety of career areas. This no cost program will increase accessibility, reduce the cost of education, and help produce a highly skilled workforce for our local business and industry.

Workforce Scholarships for the Future covers tuition and fees after applying all other scholarships and grants for South Carolina residents (adults and recent high school graduates) enrolled in a qualified program. Award amounts may be adjusted or canceled due to changes in enrollment or the availability of funds. If I am a credit student, I understand that I must achieve and maintain a 2.0 cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) for any renewal award(s).
