  • Confidential Information

  • All information shared here will be kept strictly confidential by the Executive Project Director and only those staff deemed necessary will view its contents.

If any question does not apply to you, please write "n/a". The answers to these questions will help the staff to ensure your personal health and safety as well as that of all LP participants. Saying yes to any one of these does not disqualify you from participation on the Leadership Project.

  • We are committed to providing not only a safe environment on the Leadership Project, but one that removes as many distractions as possible from focusing on spiritual and personal development.  We also want to promote a sexually safe and pure environment for our participants in light of 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 and other biblical passages on sexuality.

With these things in mind and the nature of living in close quarters for 8 weeks, we ask that you would respond honestly to the questions below regarding your sexual activity.  Your answers to the questions below will not disqualify you from participation in the Leadership Project, but will serve the LP director in determining the best environment for your personal growth and health.

1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 says, "It is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable."

  • Other information

  • We treat the Leadership Project opportunity like a summer internship or mission trip. In order to promote personal safety, uphold our commitment to employers, and provide an undistracted environment of learning and growing, we do not permit out of town trips within the LP dates without prior approval from the Executive LP Director.
