You must provide your own table, chairs, tent, etc. for your booth space. You will be allotted a 10′ x 10′ space. All spaces must have a tent or a covered table/food truck and be manned at all times during the event. Tents may only be staked down 5 inches, so we strongly encourage tent weights as the waterfront is windy. All vendor spaces are outdoors. Electricity is NOT available. We will provide the master permit for sales. Food Vendors still need to acquire all paperwork. Vendors will be provided with promotion through our social media campaigns. We look forward to working with your organization on this exciting community event! Set up will be on Friday October 14, 2022 from 2p-7pm. No set up will take place on Saturday and Sunday. Food trucks only may pull in Saturday morning by 9am. Onsite 24/7 security is provided.
