All Topia internships offer 3 months, 6 months & 1-year professional internship experience. The Topia Brand Internships are non-compensated and require a minimum of 10 work hours per week with daily phone updates the 1st week (on working days) and daily updates via phone or email after the 1st week along with weekly email report updates.

Interns are 100% responsible for calling in at their agreed upon start time for their scheduled workdays. Our internships are primarily (80-100%) virtual with the exception of weekly or occasional meetings, special projects, marketing & sales meetings, and company events for local interns.  

There will be  30, 60 & 90 days and final evaluations provided to offer business coaching, feedback, and professional development.

Please note, this a non-compensated position. However, we do offer tremendous real industry experience, cross-training, business coaching, and professional development. Upon the successful completion of your 6 months Topian Internship we will offer:

Please note  grounds for immediate termination or suspension include:

"no call - no shows", missing meetings, not honoring one’s schedule or deadlines on numerous occasions without sufficient notice, not completing job duties, poor work quality, lack of follow-through, or missing key company events. Interns are 100% responsible for calling in at their agreed-upon start time for their scheduled workdays. Checking in is considered showing up for work, not checking in is considered not showing up for work which results in a "no call-no show".
