6. To ensure safety and accuracy, our visit will be recorded via either audio or video. This is to protect both ourselves and yourself. All data is securely stored under GDPR rules and will not be passed on to any third party without your written permission.*

7. Spirit Team UK and any of its members may require access to all parties who have witnessed the phenomena (if possible). We will also need access to all parts of the property where any of the reported phenomena or activity has taken place. If there are any exceptions then please state them below. 8. All evidence will be recorded and kept on file in a safe and secure manner in compliance with GDPR. Please state if you are happy for us to share this information with ASSAP for research purposes? (We will always ask your permission for data to be shared with any third parties first).*
