USER AGREEMENT

Please read the following tasks which must be completed at the conclusion of each time the hall or lounge room has been used.

Failure to complete any of the tasks may result in a fee of $10 per item so we can pay somebody else to do it.

HALL:
- Wash, dry and put away any dishes used
- Wipe the benches
- Clean and stow the BBQ
- Switch off the urn/kettle (hall) and unplug from the wall
- Switch off lights, fans and air conditioners
- Lock all windows & doors
- Lock the toilets and shed (turn off toilet light also and return key to hook)
- Empty garbage bins and put garbage in the wheelie bins
- Pick up any outdoor litter
- Shut all gates
- No alcohol
LOUNGE ROOM:
- Wash, dry and put away any dishes used
- Wipe the benches
- Switch off lights, fans and air conditioners
- Wipe over toilet and basin
- Wipe over any tables used
- Lock all windows & doors
- Empty garbage bins and put garbage in the wheelie bins
- No alcohol
