- What specific product information will be covered, and
- How we can position this product to our customers to elevate the customer experience and increase our customer service.
Please note:
1. We will reach out to the email address provided in your application if your application for training was successful.
2. All formal training sessions are online only. Please reach out to the department manager at the location you wish to do in store training with to arrange for aisle training.
3. Training sessions must be a maximum of 30 minutes and no shorter than 20 minutes, with an additional 10 to 15 minutes for Q&A. Please ensure you plan your training material accordingly.
4. NEW: We will send the presenter a link and a guide on how to use the webinar platform prior to the training. Sessions are automatically recorded through this platform.
5. If you would like to provide us with a short quiz (10 questions or less) on your products, please send it to us no later than one week before the training date.
6. It is standard for a free product to be given to all who watch the training (either live or recorded) so that they can try the product and apply the information.
7. In addition, it is also standard to provide a smoothie coupon to those who attend the live training (paid for on the day of the training session). Please reach out to the stores directly to coordinate payment for these. 8. It is your responsibility to ensure that all our stores carry the product(s) you're submitting the application for.
