    Wellness Academy – furthering knowledge.

    Your products are awesome, right!!? Let’s make sure our team members on the front line learn all the benefits of your products and the good things about your company so they can educate our customers properly too. Triple WIN!

    How this works:

    Training sessions must be 40-45 minutes, allowing for an additional 5 minutes for Q&A. Please ensure you plan your training material accordingly. These vendor-led trainings run bi-weekly on Tuesday mornings at 7AM PST on Webinar Jam LIVE before our stores open at 8:00am.

    Vendor training sessions are online only and will be broadcast to all (7) Nature’s Fare stores for team members to attend at their store location. Trainings are mandatory for all relevant team members however not all employees can attend LIVE so sessions are automatically recorded through the webinar platform (Webinar Jam) for absent employees to watch after (within 2 weeks of the LIVE presentation).

    It is standard (and appreciated) for samples of your featured product to be given to all who watch the training (either live or recorded) so that they can try the product and attest to the information you are providing (approximately 50 people in total). 

    It is your responsibility to ensure that all our stores carry the product(s) you're presenting. Do not include products that are not carried by Nature’s Fare Markets.

    Once we have reviewed your application and selected a presentation date, we will send you (and your presenter, if applicable) a link and a guide on how-to use the webinar platform prior to the training. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the platform.

    Thank you for taking the time to put together a PowerPoint on the features and benefits of your product(s). To ensure the best learning experience and retention for our teams, please ensure that your training material touches on 3 key components: Culture, Product, and Customer Experience. Please be prepared to send your presentation material (PowerPoint-PDF) at least one-week in advance for us to load and test the webinar for you.

    Note: Applications will be accepted throughout the year, however applications submitted for training dates later in the year will not be reviewd until the review date for that quarter.
