All staff have the responsibility to maintain high levels of safety and quality in providing a welcoming environment reflective of the camp's commitment to Christian hospitality and learning. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively with guests of varying ages, backgrounds, and cultures. Staff work and live in a close community with 8-15 other staff member for the full summer season along with different weekly volunteers
