TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I understand that my $50 deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards the total cost of the tattoo. Cancellations must be made with atleast 48 hours notice, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit miust be made in order to set up a new appointment. I understand that changing a design within 24 hours of the appointment date may result in a rescheduling or cancellation of the tattoo appointment.
