Important Information
The smart meter installation is to be progressed between 11 and 15 business days after we receive your consent (unless otherwise advised). Our metering provider will contact you via phone to arrange a specific date. A power outage of 30 minutes to 3 hours will be required for the installation.
Please be advised; specific to your distribution network, some electricity tariffs (eg. single rate, time of use, or time of use flexi) are no longer available after a meter upgrade. Changes to tariff availability are implemented by your local distributor and may result in a change of rates structure on bills after the new meter has been installed.
