We have opportunities for individuals seeking positions that work directly with youth and opportunities that do not work with youth but impact their experience.     Candidates for appointment are required to submit THREE (3) written recommendations. NO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

  • VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT 

    I agree to make a volunteer commitment of my services for a period as determined by my program/area of interest. I agree to fulfill the responsibilities of this position, as described in the job description, to the best of my ability. I understand that this agreement is dependent upon successful completion of a multi-state Background Check and that the return of a negative background check will result in the immediate nullification of this agreement.

    I consent to the issuance and use of any photographs, slides, video and/or audio recording of me during and/or after my service with Camp Fire and to the use of quotes, whether for advertising, promotional, and/or publicity purposes by Camp Fire Inland Northwest, United Way Community Fund, American Camp Association or other member groups of which Camp Fire may be a member.

    As a representative of Camp Fire Inland Northwest, I acknowledge that I am a role model for youth and agree to the following statements with regard to my participation on social media channels while in service to Camp Fire Inland Northwest: A) If I am under 21 years of age I will not be seen on social media channels getting visibly drunk; B) I will not make any mention of drugs or illegal activity; this includes pictures of drugs or participation in illegal activities; C) I will not be seen on social media channels engaging in inappropriate displays of affection; D) I will not engage in making alcohol or drug related references, conversations, or applications on social media channels; E) I will not post risque or suggestive photographs.

    If at any time, I find I am no longer able to continue in this position with Camp Fire Inland Northwest, I may contact the Program Manager and withdraw my agreement. Every effort will be made to provide at least two weeks notice prior to my resignation. I understand that I am responsible to the Program Manager and I may contact them at 509-747-6191 with any questions or concerns that I may have regarding my position.
