  • There is a non-refundable planning fee to use our services. If you are a part of a flexible or contracted group, the initial research fee will be covered by the person who contacted Travel N Bags.The planning fee is $50 (for 1-5 travelers 1 to 4 rooms) for domestic travel and $65 for international travel. For group travel (5 or more rooms). For managing group reservations, each reserved room (not each person in the room) will be charged a one-time fee of $30 per reservation by the person making the room reservation.
