Booking Form

All packages includes: Custom made wooden picnic table, rugs, throw pillows, table top décor based on theme and/or color chosen, teepee tent, flatware, glassware and plates, mini handheld fan, miniature table game, cold bottle water, a charcuterie platter (variety of meat, cheese, fruit, nuts and crackers (please advise if allergic to anything), hand sanitizer, fresh floral (which you get to keep), set-up and breakdown and (2) hour limit (additional hours are available upon request for an additional charge).

Once your form for picnic services has been completed and submitted, our team will reach out to you to finalize all details and cost. Please allow us 24-48 hours to reach out to you to finalize your request. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your picnic and to reserve your date and time. Remaining balance is due NO LATER than 72 hours prior to your picnic. We pay close attention to the weather, however if the weather is what cancels your picnic, we will gladly reschedule your picnic, based on availability. We do not give any refunds on items that had to be ordered or specially made such as any parishables. If we hold the date and you have to cancel within 48 hours before your scheduled picnic and it is NOT due to weather, your picnic will not get rescheduled. If it starts raining durning setup/picnic we do not offer a refund or rescheduling of picnic. If you are leaving earlier than your scheduled end time, we require you to text or call us. We ask for you to wait until we arrive back to the setup, as we have valuable merchandise that can not stay unattended. Please do NOT leave our setup unattended! Please ensure once your picnic time is scheduled that you arrive on time for your time. Due to our schedule, we cannot hold times past your scheduled picnic, if you arrive late. Make sure to give yourself enough time to arrive a few minutes before your picnic! Thank you for choosing us as we look foward to hosting your desirded picnic.
