Apply for and receive all your disabled licenses for which you are eligible through Wyoming Game & Fish (Disabled Hunter, Shoot-from-Vehicle, and/or Season-Extension) BEFORE you complete this application! (Refer to our website to understand Wyo G&F disabled license qualification criteria and download Wyo G&F applications. You complete them and submit to Wyo G&F in Cheyenne, WY. Their address is at the bottom of each form.) [Note: these disabled licenses are separate from game tags/permits; if you are drawn, WDH will provide further direction on pursuing your game tag.] Do not attempt to circumvent required appl. data fields below through incomplete or erroneous input; if you do, your appl. will be rejected w/o notice! Wyoming Shoot-From-Vehicle License #

Do not use your SPID # or Transaction ID # from your license. Effective 1/1/23, this license is automatically included with your disabled hunter license so input that number here.
Wyoming Season-Extension License #
Old license # is 4-digit #. Newer license # is an 11-digit #, beginning with last two #'s of year license obtained followed by 11 or 12, and then seven more digits (e.g. a 2019 license begins w/ 1911). Do not use your SPID # or Transaction ID # from your license. If you are a veteran with a service-connected disability rating of 100%, you qualify for this license and must apply/receive this license before submitting your hunt application.
YOU MUST ATTACH THE FOLLOWING: A SELFIE PICTURE (OF YOURSELF) PLUS COPIES OF ALL YOUR WYOMING G&F PERMITS (disabled hunter, shoot-from-vehicle (if it's a separate license) and/or season-extension). DO NOT ATTEMPT to scan copies of anything other than your disabled permits and self-picture OR your application will be rejected without notice. Note: the disabled hunter and shoot-from-vehicle permits were combined into a single permit on 1/1/2023.*

Failure to obtain all your Wyoming G&F disabled permits (for which you qualify) ahead of submitting this hunt application may cause your application to be rejected w/o notice. Explain nature of any/all your disabilities and be as descriptive as possible. YOU MUST INCLUDE DATE(S) WHEN YOUR PRIMARY DISABILITIES OCCURRED. Be specific so WDH can clearly understand the full range of your disabilities (e.g. para vs. quad, shooting limitations, medical issues hampering hunting abilities, etc.) & any life-threatening issues, given WDH's possible hunting exposures. Wheelchair users should specify ability to transfer themselves to/from bed or vehicle, and other possible limitations when it comes to hunting or lodging. Include whether you can hunt from a vehicle, from which vehicle side you prefer to shoot, need for tripod-type rest, need for any adaptive accessories to shoot, etc,. Include whether you will be bringing all your shooting equipment and ADA-related equipment related to your lodging stay. Please list any limitations when it comes to your hunting abilities. (The more information we receive, the better we can match each hunter w/ area, type of hunt and accommodations if drawn.)*

1. Your able-bodied accompanying caregiver MUST be knowledgeable & tend to 100% of your medical care needs. This responsibility is upon you and your caregiver and not any WDH volunteer(s) or companion hunter(s). 2. All applications must be received by 5:00 PM MST on January 25th, 2026 for all species (antelope, deer, elk) - no exceptions. 3. You need to submit only one application if interested in applying for one, two or all three species (can only hunt one species in a single year.) 4. WDH reserves the right to request additional medical information as needed at our discretion. You must make your WDH coordinator aware of any medical issue(s) for you and your accompanying caregiver leading up to the hunt. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your hunt. 5. WDH reserves the right to match hunters with area, species, accommodations and their disability to ensure safety and overall well-being of hunter and their caregiver, WDH companion hunter(s) and other WDH accompanying resources. 6. Each drawn hunter will be required to complete a testimonial after their WDH hunting experience. 7. Do not attempt to circumvent required appl. data fields through incomplete or erroneous input; if you do, your appl. will be rejected w/o notice!
