All sellers and products are vetted individually by the madeinNZ team to ensure validity and compliance, and our site has an infringement report page if there are any concerns.
Our vision is to be the online marketplace of choice for buying and selling exclusively NZ made goods and services. Our mission is to increase the likelihood of success of small NZ businesses and home based manufacturers.
We are excited to be building a seller services portal where all sellers with membership accounts on www.madeinnz.co.nz have access to a variety of business services at fixed prices, allowing them to purchase these services and have peace of mind knowing there are no hidden charges or strings attached. It allows them to focus entirely on their production and order fulfillment without needing to think about the parts of the business requiring more skill or experience, such as marketing or copyright matters.
From the service providers perspective, with a variety of membership plans available from a free plan with 3 products and 8% commission up to a $30/month plan with unlimited products and only 2.5% commission on any services provided through madeinNZ, it provides a risk-free method of strengthening brand presence and generating income. It also prevents any off-shore professionals or agencies from undercutting NZ service providers, as only local providers will be accepted, and no companies larger than 5-10 employees (case-by-case basis).
