  • MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission DigiSharp Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that DigiSharp Photography may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.*
  • COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of DigiSharp Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by DigiSharp Photography, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session, along with high resolution digital files. I understand that digital images reproduced by someone other than the PHOTOGRAPHER may not turn out as well as the screen displayed image. Reproduction does include, downloading, saving to hard-drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media only with photographer acknowledgment and printing from said printers. By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.*
  • PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the date reservation is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to a weeks notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 3 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate photographers schedule.*
  • Studio/Photographer may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event ofStudio/Photographer’s illness or of scheduling conflicts. In the event of such substitution,Studio/Photographer warrants that the photographer taking the photographs shall be a competentprofessional.
  • At all times during a shoot involving a minor, the parent or guardian will remain present for the entire shoot.
  • If DigiSharp Photography's Photographer cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act ofGod, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency,then the Photographer shall return any reservation date money or upfront fees to the Client but shall have no furtherliability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event thatphotographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost inthe mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event theStudio/Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio/Photographer shall not be liablefor any amount in excess of all monies paid.
  • I am aware that color dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, and Client releases Photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.
  • The charges in this Contract are based on the Studio’s/Photographer’s Standard Price List. A-LA-Carte pricing is available on additional products after purchasing a package. This pricelist is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
  • NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs or videos elsewhere without Studio’s/Photographer’s permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
  • I am aware that I will not be allowed to take images or video's on my cell phone or camera without permission of the DigiSharp Photography Photographer.
  • PHOTO SESSION Date Reservation & SESSION PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable date reservation payment of $150 is paid to DigiSharp Photography. Date Reservation is paid ONLY via Cash, check, or credit card. When I "submit" this form I will be be given 3 weeks to submit payment to complete my date reservation payment. I understand that my remaining session balance is due at the time of my session. Should the remaining/final balance not be paid my images will not be released. By choosing "I Agree" I understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by DigiSharp Photography as stated.
  • This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties and is governed by the laws of Linden/Genesee County, Michigan. Any modifications of this Contract must be in writing and signedby both parties.I have read and understand this agreement, including the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them:
