Cancellations- We value your time and hope you value ours too. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do that will result in a 100% charge of services booked to the card on file.
Service Adjustments- We do not offer refunds, but we strive to ensure you are pleased with your service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service outcome, please let us know within 1 week. After that, it will be full price.
Retail Returns- We accept returns or exchanges on very slightly used products purchased at Twist within 30 days.
Salon Etiquette- We kindly ask that you are respectful to other guests' experiences by keeping your phone on silent while in the salon.
How to show up for your Twist Cut- Please arrive with your hair 100% dry & in its natural texture. Second-day hair is best. No hat, clips, ponytails, braids, or buns as we need to see your curl pattern for this dry cut.
