Terms and Conditions:                       

1. Resort Operations is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.    

2. Swimming starts from 9:00 AM until 5:30 PM.    

3. The following are prohibited inside the resort: pets, glassware, camping tents, and deadly weapons.    

4. Entrance Fees & Ecological Fees as per Municipal Ordinance 198-2016 shall be collected from all guests who enter the resort.    

5. Use of cabanas & grillers are on a first come first serve basis with applicable charges. Charcoal is not included.    

6. Corkage fees apply to all the food & beverages. Payment is collected upon entry.    

7. Proper swimming attire is required in the pool areas.    

8. Use of pool is prohibited when winds & rains are strong or deemed unsafe by the management. Stay clear of the slide landing to avoid collisions.        

9. Please ensure that all items of value are always stored securely and not left unattended. Management will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any property brought onto the premises.  

10. Regardless of mode of payment, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for all charges incurred by me during my stay at the property.  

11. Children below twelve (12) years old should always be accompanied by an adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their activities, especially in the pool and beach area.  

 

WAIVER:

I certify that I, the members of my family and our guests, am/are in good health and able to use the Calatagan South Beach (CaSoBe) Complex and their related facilities. I hereby acknowledge that I, the members of my family/company/group and our guests, in using the CaSoBe Complex and its related facilities, do so in compliance with the resort rules and regulations. I shall assume sole responsibility for, and hereby fully and forever release and discharge the CaSoBe Complex, including their employees, owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, developers, successors, assigns, officers and agents from, any injuries or damages, including any loss or damage to personal property or for any injuries sustained by me, the members of my family/company/group and our guests, which may occur in, on or about the premises as a result of my negligence or non-compliance with the resort rules and regulations.

I fully agree to abide by the rules and regulations for the use of the CaSoBe Complex and fully recognize the right of Management to deny access to and/or to remove any guest from the premises for misconduct, violation of policies, rules and regulations, if the guest pose a danger to the safety and welfare of other guests, and for any other reason that Management, in its sole discretion, may deem appropriate.

I represent that at the time of signing this Waiver, I am legally competent and have been duly authorized by the members of my family/company/group and our guests to execute it, and that I am fully informed of its contents and have executed it with full knowledge thereof.

Note: By continuing to fill up this form, you are agreeing to give your personal information for purposes of this waiver. This data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). It will not be shared with another organization or used for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose. The complete policy on data privacy is published in the Company’s website and it is incumbent upon you to familiarize yourself with the same. I acknowledge that I have read & agree that I and my companions will always abide by the Terms and Conditions of Aquaria Waterpark. And, I consent to the collection and processing of my personal information for purposes of this waiver and acknowledge that the complete policy on data privacy of CaSoBe is published in its website.

DISCLAIMER: We collect, use, disclose, and share the personal data you provide in this registration form for the performance of our hospitality agreement with you and anyone involved in making your travel arrangement. We do this to register you as a guest at the hotel, and to provide the following services during your stay: providing for your safety and security, responding to your inquiries and requests, market analysis and research, stay satisfaction survey, and to comply with regulatory requirements. We take the confidential treatment of your personal data seriously and we act in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. You have the right to access, amend, withdraw, or request for deletion of your consent.
