Please ensure your phone is staying connected to the Rain Bird LNK
Apple device, go to Settings -> WIFI and alongside your home network press the blue information button and uncheck "autojoin" , then back in the "Settings" app, scroll down to Rain Bird and check that location is "on" when using, local network is "on", and mobile data is "on".
Android device
As Android covers many different phone manufacturers, each one is different. Please consult your device user guide and familiarise yourself with its settings regarding installed Apps . Specifically how to turn on permissions for notifications, mobile data, and location services for the Rain Bird App. Please disable any settings that cause the phone to leave a wifi network if it cant access the internet.
Once connected, return to the Rain Bird mobile app and navigate through the set up screens.
