Full-time Drivers will receive $150.00 cash advance on their EFS cards each week. This cash advance is to be used for any Mast Trucking expenses that occur while out on the road. If the cash advance is used, this money will automatically be deducted from the Driver’s check. Any receipts that a Driver turns in will automatically be reimbursed on your check. It is the responsibility of the Driver to make so these receipts get turned in for any expenses used on EFS card. If a Driver continually withdraws funds and fails to provide Mast Trucking with the receipts, the cash advance option may be terminated at any time. If the initial cash advance is not enough to cover Mast Trucking expenses, Drivers are to call their dispatcher for additional funds. All money wires need special approval and will only be given under special circumstances. Should a Driver withdraw any cash advances or money wires and fail to provide Mast Trucking with the receipts to cover these expenses, the Driver acknowledges this amount will be deducted from settlement and considered money owed. Additionally, the Driver will be charged for any transaction fees that are incurred by Mast Trucking. Receiving cash advances without purchasing fuel will also incur transaction fees.
