  • Did you clean and sanitize glass washer Including chemical hookup area?
  • Did you clean black mesh and replace white cloth under glassware?
  • Did you wipe and sanitize stainless under glassware (including back wall)?
  • Did you inspect pint glasses for chips on lip? (IMPORTANT!!!)
  • Did you polish residue off glasses when required?
  • Did you clean bottle service shelf/tower shelf?
  • Did you organize towers, bottle service trays and buckets?
