STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Our appointments reminders are sent 48 hours in advance to the contact information you provide, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago! Since the service times are reserved for you personally, a less than 24 hour notice will result in a $25 PER SERVICE rebooking fee that must be paid via invoce prior to your next appointment.
In addition to the rebooking fee, all “NO SHOWS” will pay any future reservation prices in-full and in-advance of their next appointment.
This cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. This policy was created with excellent service expectations for our established and future clientele.
