Youth in grades 4-12 are eligible to serve.
We are so grateful to you and your family for making this decision to become a youth altar server. We want you to make this commitment with full knowledge of what is needed. Agreement & Commitment
I will, to the best of my ability:
- Have my server attend Sunday Mass weekly, even when they are not serving.
- Have my server to Church 15-20 minutes before serving.
- Check the Ministry Scheduler program and if we are not able to serve when scheduled, mark that they need a sub as soon as we know we cannot make it.
- Have my server dressed in dress shoes that will remind him or her and the community that they are serving the Lord.

Training
Because significant changes have been made to Youth Server duties, I am asking that your Youth Server attend a training session/refresher in the Church. After receiving your form submission, I will contact you regarding a time to receive training.
