Before applying you must understand the main purpose and the initiative of this NGO.
Illuminate is a youth-led organisation that aims to make educational endeavours an easier feat. We have meticulously designed a program to aid adolescents to reach their true academic potentials by inculcating various teaching methods into one, easy to access resource.
The details about the roles are as follows.
1) Directorate of Publications
The director will be responsible for gathering the information from the selected teacher volunteers about their vision or message for the Instagram posts. They will also be editing the summaries of the teaching session that will be written by the teachers. Their work has to be submitted to the Executive Council.
2) Directorate of Promotions
They will be responsible for maintaining the Illuminate social media account. They will also be promoting the social media pages and gaining likes on the social media posts. Moreover, they will be required to share the platform of illuminate by their different strategies. They will be reporting their work to the Executive Council.
3) Directorate of Media
They will be responsible for photography and videography of our events. They would be required to have a certain skill set in graphic designing for designing the posts and other graphics. He/She will be reporting their work to the Founders.
4) Director Research and Collaborations
They will be responsible for research regarding different departments and will be contacting different organisations and schools for collaborations. This position by no means should be taken lightly. The director will have a huge responsibility as two of the major aspects of the NGO are under your management. Have to report directly to the Founders.
Note: We will be conducting both, physical and online events so the directorates may have to attend the physical events. As our NGO is located in Lahore, it will be convenient for both, you and us if you reside in Lahore as well.
