  • Please note the Preservation process can take several months to complete due to various factors: Influx of dresses being preserved, extra time for stains that may have been set for longer times, etc. 

    *Additional shipping cost may apply for those not local. Shipping costs from the
      bride to the store & from the store to the bride is not included in the pricing.

     

    **Ballgowns, Gowns with a train longer than 4 feet, & Gowns with a detachable
        skirt must chose Tier 3.

  • Please note that Elizabeth Lee Bridal is not responsible for any damage to the dress from previous wear and tear. Should the client not appropriately inform us of any stains/damage Elizabeth Lee Bridal will not be responsible for any further stains/damage caused by the cleaning and preserving process. And there will be no refunds.

  • We will always keep in mind the integrity of the fabric that we are attempting to clean and preserve; if for any reason we are concerned that your gown/wedding attire would be further damaged by cleaning and preservation, we will stop any cleaning/preservation processes, and contact you.

  • If you chose our Tier 2 Package and your gown/wedding attire does not fit into the standard size box, we will contact you to inform you and send an invoice for the oversized box. Ballgowns, Gowns with a train longer than 4 feet, & Gowns with a detachable skirt must chose Tier 3.

  • Should you leave your wedding attire with us for more than 30 days, after we have attempted to contact you via the information provided above, all wedding attire/gowns will become the property of Elizabeth Lee Bridal. There will be no refunds issued for completed preservation packages.
