CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT:
All vehicles and content left in our custody are parked, stored and driven entirely at customer's risk. We here at Champ Motors Limited in no way accept liability or responsibility for any loss and/or damages incurred due to events, circumstances and actions of third parties beyond our reasonable control. This liability waiver does not include the negligence of Champ Motors Limited staff members.
Please be adviced that Champ Motors Limited will not retain any old parts replaced if not collected with the vehicle. We will allow a notification period of two days whereby you will have been notified of your vehicles completion. The notification period does not include weekends. After the notification period, a storage fee of $5.00+gst per day will be charged if the vehicle is not picked up by the customer. If for any reason your vehicle remains in our possession for up to two months whereby your bill has not been paid in full, we reserve the right to sell the the vehicle and/or its parts to compensate for any losses we obtained within the period the balance remained outstanding.
I agree that all parts and materials including oils and petrol which may be necessary to complete the work listed above will be at my expense. I accept the above conditions and acknowledge that my vehicle will remain the property of Champ Motors Limited after repairs/maintenance until my account has been paid in full.
