CATAWBA SHORES ESTATES POA PROJECT REQUEST FORM

Purpose

This form is to be used whenever owners request to install or construct certain projects once the home is occupied. For example, installation of fences, sheds, in-ground pools, hardscape projects etc.

Process flow

1. Fill out FORM ARC-2020-2 Project Request Form.

2. Owner(s) and Builder/Contractor (if applicable) must sign and date to complete the form.

3. Your completed submission will be reviewed by the CSE ARC and/or BOD.

4. ARC may contact you if questions arise during the review process.

5. ARC will either deny the project request form for recommend for approval.

a. Denied project request formwill be returned to the submitter with reason for denial.

b. Project request form recommended for approval will be forwarded to the CSE Board of Directors for final review.

6. The CSE Board of Directors will review and either deny the project request form or endorse final approval.

a. Denied project request form will be returned to the ARC with reason for denial.

b. Project request form endorsed for final approval will be returned to the ARC with approval signature.

7. ARC will return approved signed form to the owner(s).

ARC Form 2020-2 Project Request Form Instructions

All requested projects must be approved in writing by ARC and/or BOD before any project or construction commences. Please include supporting documentation, photos, diagrams, etc.

1. Section 1: Enter date, lot number, Phase and street address.

2. Section 2: Fill out all owner information.

3. Section 3: Enter primary contractor contact information. If licensed by SC, include license number.

4. Section 4: Select project category for request. Multiple selections are permitted. Please provide exterior elevation, colour samples, site location of home, blueprints, pictures and rendering of proposed construction/ landscaping/ hardscaping with this project request. Site plans may be hand drawn. Attach additional pages as needed.

5. Section 5: Sign and acknowledge application and agree to all conditions herein. All pages must be initialled.

Exterior Colors – Samples of all garage exterior colors must be submitted and approved. Colors should match main house exterior.

• Permitted working hours:
  • Monday-Saturday March 13, to November 6th Between the hours of 7am, to 7pm (Daylight Savings Time)
  • Monday-Saturday November 7, to March 12, between the hours of 7am, to 5:30pm (Standard Time)
  • In accordance with industry standards, the pouring of concrete prior to 7:00 am is permitted.
• Sunday and Holiday Construction: Construction activity is prohibited on any Sunday and published Holidays*.
• *Published Holidays include, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• No exceptions are granted for construction activities to include painters, carpet layers or other apparent noise free contractors.
• Violations of these rules will incur fines assessed on 1st and subsequent
  occurrence.
• No open burning of construction materials or trees are allowed. Builders and subcontractors must haul away trees and debris when clearing lot(s
• Workers are responsible for damage around construction sites, to include, but not limited to heavy equipment damage/ruts to neighboring properties, common areas, and debris/mud dropped on community roads.
• Approvals are governed per CSE Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR)
