Christmas Cookie Fundraiser Order Form

With each purchase you will receive half a dozen of five holiday cookies: lemon, gingersnap, peppermint chocolate chip, shortbread, and chocolate kiss. The boxes will be sold for $30 each. We also have a limited amount of boxes, so it is best to purchase them sooner than later.
