Term 4 2025 - Permanent Extra Curricular Activities

Drama Workshop: Year 1 - Year 6 (Tuesday 3.30pm - 4.30pm)Calisthenics: All Ages (Friday 3.30pm - 4.30pm) (no additional fee)
Extra Curricular Information:

- Extra Curricular activities commence as of Week 2 of Term 1, 2025 and run all year (unless advised otherwise). The activities are delivered within a designated area within the school. Children will participate in the usual ASC OSHC program before (which includes being provided afternoon tea) and after the extra curricular session. Children will be escorted to and from the activity and supervised by OSHC educators for its duration (with the activity being delivered by external staff from the company).

- The Child Care Subsidy will be applied to the additional extra curricular fee ($10).

- Calisthenics will not incur an additional $10 fee as the program will be delivered by one of our educators, Georgia-Mae Topp, who is a qualified calisthenics coach.
Important Information:

- The start and end dates specified within this form must be for a minimum duration of 4 weeks and no longer than 1 year.

- All permanent bookings require 2 weeks' notice to cancel a session/s (without charge). Please complete the cancellation form if you wish to cancel a booking.

- All permanent bookings will cease during Vacation Care (inc. Public Holidays) and resume at the start of each term (if specified).

- Once this form is submitted, bookings will not appear instantly within the OWNA app as permanent bookings are entered manually by our admin team. Please allow for at least 2 business days for these bookings to appear in your app.
