What are your reasons for needing something other than traditional homeschool?

Need to work full-time / no adults have the time some days of the week.I have kids of different ages and couldn't handle them all day.I don't really know where to start or don't think that I could teach some subjects competently.I am worried that my children won't develop enough socially, or want them to participate in certain school-based group activities.I am worried that my child won't have the right credentials to move up in life.
