Artistic FeeWe are a not for profit group with a minimal budget and we are fundraising this year to "Buy the Block". Please request a reasonable fee that includes your travel to the festival and return.

Travel: All travel and transport costs from your location and return from Cairns must be booked and paid for by the performers and presenters. Travel alternatives from Cairns are hire car (with many options), 2 daily buslines 7am departure Cairns, and flights (Hinterland Air to Cooktown). Please factor in these costs in your requested fee.

Accommodation: The Performers Village is a special camping area with free camping for performers and presenters only. Access to the Performer Village is restricted - if you wish your friends to share your camp then you must camp in the General camping area with them.

Ticketing: Please note that festival entry tickets will be issued to the artistic performers and presenters ONLY. It is not feasible for WCF to issue tickets to spouses, managers and entourage.
