This form indicates that on acceptance into the academy, the player participating authorizes The NAB Academy Ltd (NABA) to act for them (the player) according to their (NABA) best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and the player hereby releases, exonerates, and discharges NABA and its employees, agents partners or subsidiaries from any and all action or causes or actions known or unknown resulting in any player injuries while at any of our events. Parents and players signing this form also give permission to NABA employees and agents to use the players image and likeness via photography and video footage for promotional purposes of both the player and the academy.

The minimum stay for players who require accommodation is ONE WEEK. We cannot facilitate any fewer days.

Players must arrive no earlier than 3 pm on the day of arrival, 25th of July or 1st of August.

The cost above includes Room and board for the duration of your stay. The hotel provided is a 3-star hotel in the heart of Arrecife close to our training facilities.

All players must vacate their accommodation by 11 AM the last day of their stay (31st of July or 7th of August)

Players must attend a 10 am registration on their first day of camp 26th of July or the 2nd of August.

All players are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from Lanzarote, the closest airport to N.A.B. Academy Spain is César Manrique-Lanzarote Airport in Arrecife.

Due to the changing nature of COVID 19 restrictions and guidelines, N.A.B. Academy Limited reserves the right to change aspects of the programme to reflect appropriate governmental guidelines. Please type I AGREE to consent to all required COVID 19 procedures.*

Players travelling from countries outside Lanzarote need to provide proof of a negative PCR test 24 hours before attending our academy or players place will be lost and no refund will be given.*
