I UNDERSTAND THAT:
While it is unlikely, Paradise Kennel reserves the right to refuse my application at any time and your money will be sent back.
APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT:
You're only officialy on our priority calling list once your 200$ deposit is made. The phone calls are processed in the order that the 200$ deposit is received. Your non-refundable deposit is good for 24 months from the date the next litter is born.
Priority Calling List: Is as soon as we have new puppies added to the website you will be called for choosing
YOUR PICK OF PUPPY:
***At the moment we keep our list of familles in line for calls shorter so we could give a better service and the wait for a furr baby shorter.***
Puppies will be picked on a first in time first in line order. We will call you when it's time to choose, (make sure we have all your phone numbers to reach you.) Once you have chosen your puppy, you will need to make a reservation deposit of 1000$ - 2000$, deposit within 24 hours (depending on the price of the puppy).
If the puppies available are not to your liking or you are just not ready yet, you will be passed over. However, you will maintain your priority and we will call when future litters come up for adoption. We do have regular litters.
GOING HOME:
We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that your puppy departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age.
SPAY/NEUTER:
We require spay/neuter at or before 18 months. Our dogs are sold with a nonbreeding agreement. If you are a breeder, you absolutely need to look elsewhere.
NONBREEDING AGREEMENT:
Buyer agrees they are obligated to have said dog altered before it reaches 18 months of age. The Buyer will provide the Breeder with a copy of the alter certificate before dog reaches 18 months of age. If the dog is not altered by 18 months of age, the breeder has the right to immediately repossess said dog and any and all babies resulting therefrom) and have it altered. If any, all puppies remain the property of Paradise Kennel. Buyer understands that will then have his/her right of ownership revoked, and Paradise Kennel will become rightful owners.
If the copy has not been received by 18 months of age, then breeder has the right to repossess said dog to ensure it has been altered. If the dog is found not to be altered, breeder will alter said dog at buyers’ expense. When buyer has paid the cost of the alter, then dog may be returned to buyer at buyer’s expense, only if no other part of this contract is in violation. If dog is altered, then dog will be returned to buyer as soon as a copy of the certificate if presented to breeder.
REGISTRATION PAPERS:
Our excellent family companions do not come with registration papers to any registry. Our puppies are not sold as breeding/competition dogs but rather a therapy/family dog.
5 YEAR GUARANTEE:
Byer must provide puppy/dog with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to: Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and de-worming.
Your puppy is guaranteed for 5 year from date of delivery, against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysphasia, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver. If puppy/dog dies within this 5 year, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, Paradise Kennel will replace the puppy. Items covered under this guarantee are limited to puppy replacement only. No refund will be paid out.
Paradise Kennel will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy/dog means trips to veterinarian & understands that he/she is responsible for all payments.
This guarantee does not cover what in the breed is considered normal or environmental factors:
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
Paradise Kennel must be notified of the problem within 5 business days of the licensed vet’s determination and have a report from vet stating the problem. After being provided with this information, Paradise Kennel will provide a replacement of equivalent value.
NOTE: No replacement puppy/dog will be given if the puppy has been euthanized without Paradise Kennel’s consent.
If the terms and conditions are not fulfilled, this contract becomes null and void.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully.
OWNERSHIP COMMITMENT
If buyer has changed their mind or has found they are unable to care for said dog/pup, then the dog is to be returned to breeder immediately. The Breeder has first rights of refusal on said dog. The dog is not to go to any other person/society/institution/shelter or rescue. Breeder has the first option to take dog back to the owner’s expense and fins a suitable home. No exchange of money or replacement will be offered.
