ACLP Group Registration Form

To register your team for one of ACLP's live or on-demand webinars, please complete the form below. If you would like to register your team for multiple webinars, please complete this form for each webinar you would like to register your team for. If you have any questions or are unable to complete this form for any reason, please email webinars@childlife.org. Once ACLP has processed your group registration, we will send you a confirmation email with important next steps and information on how to access your invoice and your purchased content. All participants will retain access to the webinar recording for one year from the date of registration. Please note that in order to be registered for a webinar, each of your group's participants will need to have an account with ACLP. Creating an account with ACLP can be completed at www.childlife.org and is free of charge. After submitting this form, no additional registrants may be added to the group registration.
