Please note that all food vendors must be permitted by Taunton Board of Health (TBH) which involves an additional fee and inspection of your set-up. Permit application should be submitted to TBH no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date. Please note that TBH closes at noon on Fridays and is open until 7 pm on Tuesdays.
