You (the Client) agrees that the dog(s) to be in classes and workshops hosted by Wild Adventures, is safe to be around and has not previously caused injury to any person or animal unless stated previously. Any special concerns or instructions related to ensuring the safety of Wild Adventures personnel and other dogs, including but not limited to behavioural and medical issues, has been shared and disclosed.*

Client retains all liability with respect to damages and injuries to people or property caused by their dog and is liable for any offences contained in the Dog Owner’s Liability Act as well as any municipal bylaws including licensing. Client is aware that there is an inherent risk bringing dogs in public and/or around other dogs. Client is aware of these risks including but not limited to illness and injury.*

Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Wild Adventures in the event of a claim by any person injured or otherwise damaged by Client’s pet(s) or negligent act.*

This contract is entered between the You (the OWNER) and Wild Adventures. Wild Adventures agrees to provide the services indicated below for OWNER and OWNER'S dog. The OWNER understands and agrees that, should OWNER fail to cooperate fully in completing the Group Classes, Wild Adventures can not and does not assume or accept responsibility for the behaviour or performance of the dog after Class completion. If the owner cooperates fully in the Classes, Wild Adventures will allow OWNER and OWNER'S Dog to attend ongoing group lessons for maintenance of obedience for free. Twenty four (24) hours notice is required if owner can not make a Class, and a make-up Class will be offered if available. If no notice is given to Wild Adventures and OWNER does not show up for a Class, the will be no make-up Class offered and OWNER must catch up on missed information the following class. Wild Adventures reserves the right to suspend or terminate the training program without forgiveness of any previous payments, if OWNER becomes disruptive or difficult to work with OR fails to follow the training program and repeatedly fails to do the homework assigned.

The OWNER represents that he/she is the legal OWNER of the dog described above. That the dog has up-to-date vaccinations as shown above. Should collection efforts become necessary, Wild Adventures may recover all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

PAYMENT

OWNER agrees to Wild Adventures’ price of services listed on the website and agreed upon prior. Payments must be made to Wild Adventures via E-transfer or PayPal (3% charge applied). Memberships must be paid in full upon registration - a spot in class is not guaranteed until Payment is confirmed to be received.

REFUNDS

If, through no fault of Wild Adventures, the services contracted for by OWNER cannot be completed, Wild Adventures may credit the owner for training services already paid for but not yet received. However, Wild Adventures will NOT refund any portion of money paid. Classes will not be refunded based on missed classes. The credit, if any, which the OWNER will receive, will entitle the OWNER to receive training for the dog or substitute dog, and this credit is transferable. If any delay or interruption in training is the fault of, or at the request of Wild Adventures, OWNER shall NOT be charged for any such delays or interruptions.

If, by provincial or federal mandates (ie Lockdowns), classes cannot be performed as per usual, classes fees are non-refundable. Classes will be 'paused' and continued when mandates are lifted. If OWNER cannot continue after 'pause', they will receive credit towards future classes or training.

Liability For Dog's Performance

During or after the completion of Group Classes, Wild Adventures cannot and does not accept any responsibility for the illness, injury, or death of the dog or any other person or animals, or damage to any property caused by the dog. Although Wild Adventures will use all reasonable care to train Wild Adventures dog, Wild Adventures cannot guarantee that the dog will respond adequately to commands at all times. OWNER agrees that Wild Adventures will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the dog's failure to respond to any commands or behaviour modification for which Wild Adventures trained the dog. Should the dog injure any person, or should the dog's failure to respond to any commands result in damage to the property of any person or any person (including the OWNER), OWNER agrees to absolve Wild Adventures from any and all obligations and to pay any such damage to such person. OWNER further agrees to hold Wild Adventures free from any and all such claims.

MEDIA

Wild Adventures may photograph and or video tape training sessions for future use in training, advertising or other purposes. Wild Adventures may use professional photography services for promotional uses, that may include OWNER and/or OWNER'S Dog. OWNER consents to Wild Adventures’s use of images of OWNER and pet in such manner.

By E-signing, I acknowledge that I understand and accept the above terms. This agreement shall be governed by, and construed under the laws in the province of Ontario, Canada. By E-signing below, all parties agree that they have read, understood and agreed to all parts of this agreement.*
