• Broker/Designated Realtor Application

    In order to apply for membership with the Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors® you must hold an active Brokers license.

  • ORIENTATION
    I understand that, if I am applying for REALTOR® membership for the first time or if I am rejoining as a REALTOR® after being away for a period of over two years, I must complete the NAR required Code of Ethics training and New Member Orientation within 60 days of membership, or I will forfeit my application fees.

  • BROKER LISTING CANCELLATION SETTING
    A setting is available within the MLS that allows you as the Broker to restrict the ability for your agents to cancel listings on their own. If you answer No and restrict your agents from cancelling listings, they will be required to contact your listing office to cancel their listings. Please set your preference below.

      I hereby certify that the foregoing information furnished by me is true and correct, and I agree that failure to provide complete and accurate information as requested, or any misstatement of fact, shall be grounds for revocation of my membership if granted. I further agree that, if accepted for membership in the Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors®, I shall pay the fees and dues as from time to time established. NOTE: Payments to the Broward, Palm Beaches and St.Lucie Realtors® and the MLS, are not deductible as charitable contributions. Such payments may be as an ordinary and necessary business expense. No refunds.     • PAYMENT OPTIONS

      This is based on a pro-rated annual dues membership which includes local, state, and national Realtor dues and MLS fees. The annual dues cycle runs from October 1 through September 30 the following year.

      If paying by credit card, you will be redirected to our Secure Credit Card Portal after application submission, and provide the card information that will be used to process your application.
