If the medical alert or allergic reaction occurs, the parent or emergency contact will be notified. If none can be reached, and the situation merits it, the child may be taken to hospital, and/or an ambulance may be called. A staff member will accompany your child until a family member or emergency contact arrives.

In the event that my child has a medical alert or serious allergic reaction at camp, I give consent for emergency transportation to, and emergency medical treatment at HK Sanatorium or the closest available hospital for which I will be financially responsible.*
